圖書館關(guān)于2023年博士、碩士畢業(yè)生提交學(xué)位論文的通知

各位博士、碩士畢業(yè)生:


為方便畢業(yè)生提交學(xué)位論文,提高工作效能,減少排隊(duì)等候及無(wú)效往返,2023年博士、碩士畢業(yè)生學(xué)位論文提交流程為:畢業(yè)生先通過(guò)線上系統(tǒng)提交電子版論文,待工作人員審核通過(guò)后,再到圖書館提交紙質(zhì)版論文并辦理離校手續(xù)。具體要求和安排通知如下:


一、電子版論文提交

1.畢業(yè)生將電子版論文提交至廈門大學(xué)博碩士論文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(https://etd.xmu.edu.cn/),提交的過(guò)程中須準(zhǔn)確、規(guī)范地填寫個(gè)人信息和論文信息,并以附件的方式上傳電子版論文全文。

2.電子版論文應(yīng)為答辯通過(guò)后的最終定稿且與紙本論文完全一致,上傳附件格式統(tǒng)一為PDF;電子版論文中的原創(chuàng)性聲明和著作權(quán)使用聲明須為紙本論文的掃描版(作者、指導(dǎo)教師和日期信息均須填寫)。

3.圖書館將在3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)對(duì)提交的論文進(jìn)行審核,審核結(jié)果及修改意見將發(fā)送到個(gè)人信息欄填寫的郵箱地址(請(qǐng)務(wù)必填寫正確)。請(qǐng)注意查收郵件并根據(jù)審核意見及時(shí)修改直至審核通過(guò)。

4.電子版論文的完整性及準(zhǔn)確性由學(xué)生本人負(fù)完全責(zé)任,提交時(shí)應(yīng)慎重并確認(rèn)無(wú)誤。


二、紙本論文提交

電子版論文審核通過(guò)后,畢業(yè)生在畢業(yè)離校前,將紙質(zhì)版論文提交至圖書館服務(wù)臺(tái)(以下地址任選其一)并辦理離校手續(xù)。

Submission of Theses and Dissertations (Ph.D. and Master's)


In order to meet the partial fulfillment for doctoral or master's degrees at Xiamen University, all candidates must first upload the electronic thesis or dissertation online, which will be reviewed by the library specialists. Once the electronic version is approved, the candidate needs to submit the physical copy at the library and complete leaving-school procedures.


The following guide presents the requirements involved in a doctoral or master candidate's thesis or dissertation submission:


I. Submission of Electronic Theses and Dissertations


1. You should upload the electronic version of your thesis or dissertation onto Xiamen University’s Doctoral and Master's Theses and Dissertations Database (https://etd.xmu.edu.cn/). Make sure all your personal and the thesis or dissertation information you’ve entered is accurate, and the full text of your electronic thesis or dissertation is uploaded as an attachment in PDF.


2. The electronic thesis or dissertation must be completely the same with the FINAL physical copy approved after the oral defense. The originality statement and copyright declaration in your electronic thesis or dissertation should be SCANNED pages from the final physical copy (with the author, advisor, and date being handwritten).


3. The library specialists will review your submitted electronic thesis or dissertation within three working days. Once it is reviewed, you will receive an email notifies approval or the formatting changes that need to be made before final submission (make sure you have the correct email address provided). Please check your email promptly and make revisions according to the comments you’ve received in a timely manner until your electronic thesis or dissertation is approved.


4. The completeness and accuracy of the electronic thesis or dissertation are the sole responsibility of the candidate. Please ensure there are no errors when submitting.


II. Submission of Physical Copy of Theses and Dissertations


After the electronic thesis or dissertation is approved, all candidates should submit the physical copy at the library’s service desk. You could choose any of the following branches to submit and complete the procedures for leaving the school.


1. Main Library of Siming Campus: Information and Service Desk. Tel: 2186616.

2. Haiyun Campus Library (Student Apartment Library). Tel: 2186982.

3. Dewang Library of Xiang'an Campus. Tel: 2886616.
